General Terms and Conditions of Traydon GmbH

§1 Scope of Application and Definitions

(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity (§ 13 German Civil Code – BGB).

§2 Conclusion of Contract, Storage of the Contract Text

(1) The following provisions regarding the conclusion of a contract apply to orders placed via our online shop at https://www.traydon-shop.de.

(3) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but merely a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By placing an order, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

Acceptance takes place in writing, in text form, or by dispatch of the goods within one week. If this period expires without acceptance, the offer is deemed rejected.

Receipt of the order is confirmed by an automated email. This does not constitute acceptance. Acceptance takes place within one week in writing, in text form, or by dispatch of the goods.

(5) The contract text is stored and sent to you by email together with the order details and these Terms and Conditions. They can also be accessed at https://www.traydon-shop.de/AGB/.

§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date

(1) Prices include statutory VAT. Shipping costs may apply additionally.

• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

(3) For advance payment, the purchase price is due immediately after conclusion of the contract.

§4 Delivery

(1) Unless stated otherwise, goods are ready for dispatch immediately and delivered within 5 working days. The delivery period begins the day after payment instruction (advance payment) or contract conclusion (other methods).

(2) Risk passes to the buyer only upon handover of the goods.

§5 Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

§6 Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you or a third party designated by you receives the goods.

Consequences of withdrawal

All payments received will be refunded within fourteen days using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until goods are returned or proof of return is provided.
