Klappboxen haben viele Vorteile: Durch das einfache Zusammenklappen der leeren Boxen lässt sich das Volumen um bis zu 84 % reduzieren. Die flach zusammengeklappten Boxen können platz- und somit kostengünstig transportiert werden. Mit Klappboxen wird Ihre Leergutlogistik effizienter. Gleichzeitig schonen die volumenreduzierbaren Mehrwegbehälter die Umwelt, da beim platzsparenden LKW-Rücktransport im Verhältnis weniger CO2 ausgestoÃen wird.
Klappboxen haben ein hohes Innenvolumen, das im Gegensatz zu konisch geformten Drehstapelbehältern voll genutzt werden kann. Traydon bietet Klappboxen in den GrundmaÃen 400 x 300 mm und 600 x 400 mm an. Die Klappbehälter sind mit anderen Behältern im Euroformat kompatibel und können auf Europaletten im Maà 120 x 80 cm und Industriepaletten im Maà 100 x 80 cm gestapelt werden.
Die langlebigen Klappbehälter aus Kunststoff können es hinsichtlich Stabilität und Traglast ohne weiteres mit einem starren Eurobehälter aufnehmen. Klappboxen vs. Faltboxen
Klappbehälter ähneln vom Prinzip Faltbehältern: Bei beiden Behältertypen handelt es sich um Raumsparbehälter. Bei Klappbehältern werden jedoch die kompletten Seitenwände zusammengeklappt, sie erreichen dadurch in der Regel eine noch höhere Volumenreduzierung als Faltbehälter.
