Heavy-duty cabinet without centre partition
Model 41, dimensions: 1950 x 1000 x 600 mm, colour: RAL7035/7016. The inside of the doors is fitted with ®RasterPlan perforated panels, supplemented by four galvanised shelves.
Load capacity and stability
This cabinet is specially designed for extreme loads, with a total load capacity of up to 1.65 tonnes. The cabinet base alone can carry loads of up to 400 kg. These properties make it ideal for storing heavy tools such as embossing and punching moulds. Anchoring to the wall or floor is recommended.
Construction and design
The construction consists of an extremely stable, welded steel structure, which is brazed at the corners. The surface has an impact- and scratch-resistant plastic coating in light grey. The cabinet doors are pre-assembled, which ensures smooth fronts and enables an opening angle of over 200°.
Safety and flexibility
The enclosure has full-length rod guides and double-walled, reinforced doors, which are available in perforated and slotted panel doors as well as window doors. Telescopic drawers offer a full-extension runner and a load capacity of 110 kg. The drawers are available in three heights and can be retrofitted if required. The galvanised shelves have a load capacity of 160 kg, optionally 200 kg, and are adjustable in 25 mm increments.
Safety lock
Fitted with a three-bolt security cylinder lock, additional group or master keys are available on request.
