The heavy-duty cabinet empty housing/Mod 40 offers an optimum solution for storing the heaviest tools and materials. With dimensions of 1950 x 1000 x 600 mm and RAL 7035/7016 colouring, this cabinet impresses with its high load capacity and functionality.
High load capacity and stability
This heavy-duty cabinet is specially designed for heavy loads and can withstand up to 1.65 tonnes. The cabinet base alone can bear up to 400 kg g.v.L., making it ideal for storing heavy tools such as embossing and cutting dies. Wall or floor anchoring is recommended to ensure maximum stability.
Robust construction
The extremely sturdy steel construction is welded and brazed at the corners for added strength. The impact- and scratch-resistant plastic coating in light grey protects the body from external influences. The smooth fronts with front-mounted doors offer an opening angle of over 200°.
Versatile storage options
The cupboard has double-walled, reinforced doors, which are available as perforated and slotted panel doors or as window doors. Telescopic drawers with full-extension runners enable a drawer load of 110 kg g.v.L. and are available in three heights, which can be retrofitted if required.
Customisable shelves
The galvanised shelves offer a load capacity of 160 kg, optionally up to 200 kg g.v.l., and are adjustable in 25 mm increments to meet individual storage requirements.
Security and access
A three-bolt security cylinder lock protects the stored items. Additional group or master keys are available on request to optimise access.
