The RasterPlan drawer cabinet model 27 in RAL 7035 offers an efficient solution for the professional storage and organisation of high-quality tools and materials. Equipped with an inner door made of slotted panels (1950 x 1000 x 600 mm), nine drawers with a height of 100 mm and a workbench top made of multiplex, this cabinet fulfils the highest requirements in terms of functionality and flexibility.
Structure and design
The sturdy sheet steel construction of the cupboard has an impact and scratch-resistant plastic coating. The body in light grey provides an attractive appearance. The rear panel is equipped with RasterPlan system perforations or slot embossing, which enables versatile use.
Design and functionality
The cabinet has smooth fronts thanks to front-mounted doors with an opening angle of over 200°. The continuous rods and double-reinforced doors offer additional safety and durability. Perforated and slotted panel doors or window doors are available as an option.
Drawers and load capacity
The telescopic drawers offer a full-extension runner and can be retrofitted if required. Each drawer has a load capacity of 110 kg g.v.l., while the galvanised shelves have a load capacity of 80 kg g.v.l. Adjustability in 25 mm increments ensures flexibility of use.
Safety and additional equipment
A three-bolt security cylinder lock protects the contents of the cupboard. Additional group or master keys are available on request to control access individually.
Recommended installation
Wall or floor anchoring is recommended for maximum stability. The integrated multiplex workbench top with a thickness of 30 mm provides a robust work surface.
